Leadership with Honesty and Transparency, this was the message of the Supreme Pupil Government when they posted the summary outline of the Financial Status of the Organization. It was agreed during the last year’s PTA Assembly and PTA Board Meeting that the PTA shall be given the authorization to collect the voluntary contribution for the SPG Fund. Normally, the SPG do not depend on these funding for their implementation of programs, projects and activities. But indeed, this financial blessing is a big help in the realization of the organization’s plans.
The PTA Treasurer handed the remaining account to the SPG Treasurer Apol Gonzales during the first week of June, amounting to a total of 1,872 pesos (for the school year 2013-2014). As reported by the PTA Treasurer, 164 parents contributed to the PTA Contribution. 20 Pesos of each of the parents’ contribution goes to the SPG Organization. From the 164 parents, SPG fund raised 3,280 Pesos. This was deducted by the (2013-2014) SPG’s expenses amounting to 408 Pesos, complete with receipt, properly liquidated and audited by the SPG Officers. As reported by the PTA Treasurer, an amount of 1,000 Pesos was used for the DRRM Evaluation.
Currently, SPG Treasurer Apol Gonzales is in-charge with the safe keeping of the remaining amount (1,872 Pesos). The summary outline of the SPG’s Financial Status was posted by Peace Officer Vince Albao and Treasurer Apol Gonzales.
During the second week of June, Mrs. Lilibeth O. Canusa provided the SPG Organization, through the School MOOE, items necessary for the SPG and the school to be used. These items are: Cleaning materials and two National Flag (One replacing the damage School Flag, and one placed in the SPG Office as it celebrates the National Independence Day).
